My Personal Opinion:

The 150,000 Hilton Honors welcome bonus points and a free hotel night are nice, but not when you look at the very pricey $450 annual fee. Unless you are staying at Hilton very often each year, I’m not sure the perks of this card are worth it. I would be much more tempted by the $95 annual fee of the Hilton Honors American Express Ascend Card.
